Project Description

Sited on a 1200m² former warehouse site in Alexandria, the development houses 32 apartments and a cafe within a new 5 level ‘L’ shaped building. The development distinguishes itself from other high density developments in the area by exploring the use of environmental concepts to enrich and enhance inner city existence.

This project had many technical complexities (fire, acoustics, thermal, condensation, water-proofing) due to varying plan arrangements, the skygardens, and the positioning of external areas over internal areas.
