Project Description

This luxury 32 apartment development was specifically designed for the ageing demographic of Sydney’s upper North Shore and consists of a mix of 2 bed and 3 bed apartments and house size penthouse. The overall composition of facades utilises a combination of traditional dry pressed brickwork, extensive sandstone cladding and elements of modern aluminum cladding. With the future use of the apartments in mind, wide doors and corridors, zero thresholds and level gardens were a primary factor in the construction of this truly exemplary building.
