Project Description
The Wattle Hill house and land subdivision covers a site area of 6526m2 which consists of Torrens Tittle lots and 4 bed homes. The land, a former Telstra works depot was subdivided into 20 fully serviced lots and a private road. Each lot had street frontage and wide frontages.
