Project Description

The Avant mixed use development covers a site area of 3616m2 with a total GFA of 13,450m2 and consists of 78 residential apartments, ranging from one and two bedroom apartments. The ground floor retail spaces comprise of 750m2 medical and imaging centre and  as well as a lower ground full line Woolworths Supermarket spread over a 3 level basement.  The upper ground floor courtyard provides an expansive residents only courtyard.
