Project Description
Designed by acclaimed Sulman Award winning architects Candalepas Associates, the building consists of 54 apartments including a mix of studios, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments and 3 bed tri level terraces. The challenge was embraced to produce the quality of work that was deserving of such a high caliber design and an opportunity to work alongside a bespoke practice of professionals.
The client being a construction lawyer and builder of many projects in his own right had very high expectations in both the management and construction side of our operation. In addition the constraints associated with construction in suburbs such as Surry Hills meant Buildform would have to execute the project with little or no error to ensure success.
The successful delivery of the deNode apartments has further reinforced Buildform’s reputation as a reliable and diligent contractor. The drive, tenacity and confidence of its team position Buildform to take on its next challenge.
