Project Description

The building was designed by renowned architects Turner Studio and is a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 2 bed plus study apartments, the apartments have been cleverly designed to maximise the small site footprint and take advantage of the excellent proximity to the existing and proposed transport nodes.

Given the unprecedented quality in this building in the area, tenants were queued up to secure the apartments rather than face disappointment in the new year. To the surprise of all stakeholders 31% was leased prior to Christmas, a further 16% was leased between the Christmas and new year holiday period with the balance of apartments leased within the first 3 weeks of January.

A great result all round and further testament to the quality and drive Buildform add to projects, a truly reliable team.
