The building was designed by renowned architects Turner Studio and is a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 2 bed plus study apartments, the apartments have been cleverly designed to maximise the small site footprint and take advantage of the excellent proximity to the existing and proposed transport nodes.

Given the unprecedented quality in this building in the area, tenants were queued up to secure the apartments rather than face disappointment in the new year.
