Project Description
The 100 apartments in this building were designed by renowned architects Turner Studio and is a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 2 bed plus study, 3 bed apartments and terraces the apartments and terraces have been cleverly designed to maximise the solar aspect to each apartment. The extensive land size gave a great opportunity for extensive landscaped areas on the ground, upper ground and roof top areas providing an unrivalled choice of communal spaces for the residents. The overall composition of facades utilises brickwork in a patterned format whilst the detail at openings,
balconies and corners is expressed in hit and miss, corbelled and various bond patterns. The variety of brickwork is complimented in the overall composition of the building using natural finish concrete, metal clad elements and the natural landscaped environment.
